After a week to recuperate, we're back with the first three chapters of Knife of Dreams! These chapters include Net Zero Pacing Points, Neverending Foreplay, Prison Tent, and Graendal's Christmas Newsletter.
In our somewhat brief coverage of ch. 4-5, we talk about the Himbo to Santa Pipeline, Aram's Cult Membership Record, Yet Another Permission Slip, Casting Sevanna, and how Emily Is a Guest in Her Own Home.
Since ch. 6-7 include an infamous Spanking Scene, we mostly talk about zebras and goats in this one. Topics include: Zebras Are Worse Horses, Howdy Hats, Visit a Goat-Infested Island, and Teslyn Joining the A-Team.
Ch. 8–9 of Knife of Dreams are NSFT (Not Safe for Telepathy). We'll be talking about RJ's tendency to use Quantity Over Quality, Dragon Cloaca, and the Drudgery of Socks. Plus, the EHR canon expands with Larry the Trolloc's new love interest!
Ch. 10-11 are over, but Valan Luca's romance with the Dark One is eternal. Other topics include: the Sexual Dynamics of the 'Finn, Bard Powers, how Memory Is Finite, Endorsement vs. Interrogation, and Mat Cauthon: Noted Law Keeper.

In ch. 18–19, we talk about how Dragons are Cats and Griffins are Dogs, Improv Game of Thrones, Newton's Fourth Law, how Rand Is a Victim of Prophecy, Two Salts, and how Sally Saved Someone's Marriage.
This question and more will NOT be answered in our discussion of ch. 20-21. Instead, we'll talk about Nynaeve's Fey Trickery, Lan's "Mental Health" Regression, Demandred's Perfect World, and Cadsuane's Ineffective Parenting.
Ch. 22–23 deal with some heavy topics! Be prepared for discussions of mass suicide. We'll also talk about RJ's overall project of an apocalyptic narrative and how, believe it or not, Supernatural did it better.
Ch. 24–25 bring us back to Egg, which means we're Deconstructing the Girlboss. We're also talking about WoT's Preservation of the Status Quo, a Haunted Bog Full of Perrin, Elaida's Laser Brain, and RJ's latest Hate Crime against Talmanes.
Ch. 26–27 are all over the place, but we managed to nerd out about crossbow cranks, then talk about Defamiliarization, Disney Villain Coding, Grady's Smoke Brake, and Semirhage's Peer-Reviewed Diagnosis.
We're finally at Malden, but the downward spiral continues. For ch. 28–30, we talk about a Loony Tunes Trap, Perrin's Mass Execution Plan, "Romantic" Persistence, a Marriage of Equals, and Your Friendly Neighborhood Fascist.
There are lots of bad decisions in ch. 31–32, including, possibly, our choice to read them. We discuss Climax Squared, Worldbuilding Gymnastics, and Carrie Bradshaw Armor and ask: Is This Your Card?
In ch. 33–35, we take another stop on Robert Jordan's Gratification Ferris Wheel. We also talk about Torture Politics, how Sammael Was SUCH a Loser, Diplomatic Train Wrecks, and how the Seanchan are Absolutely Besieged.
We finish our coverage of Knife of Dreams with discussion of '07 Throwbacks, how Gremlin Vibes Are Sexy, Fainting Goats, Embodied Empire, Red Flag City, and Narrative Delaying Tactics. On to the Era of Branderson!
